Questions · Working here

What are you not going to tell me on this page?

Not salaries, not types of contract, not specific hours, not whether there is home working, not what benefits a job carries. Not because it is secret, but because it depends on the job and on the person, and a careers page that promises terms falls apart at the first interview. All of that gets talked about there, with numbers and in writing.

What is written down and can be quoted are the group's commitments to the people who work here: a safe working environment with risk prevention kept up to date, professional development with equal opportunities, fair pay and permanent contracts wherever possible, support for balancing work and family life and no discrimination on any personal, physical or social grounds. They are in the code of conduct, which you can ask for.

And here is the other thing we are not going to tell you: that this is a place where everybody fits. If you want hours that never move and a job you forget about on the way out, this is going to be hard going. That is fine; there are places where that works and this trade is not one of them.

A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
