What does the configuration and setting up job involve?
Leaving the system doing what it has to do: rules, permissions, alerts, recording periods, who receives what and when. It is the part that decides whether an installation is useful or just installed.
It sounds like screen work and a lot of it is conversation. Before configuring an alert you have to understand the client's operation: what shift is on at that hour, who is going to look at it, what happens if it goes off on a Saturday. A technically perfect rule that alerts an inbox nobody opens is a rule that does not exist.
