Let's talk

How can we help you?

Tell us what you have in front of you and what you would like to happen. That is enough to give you a first answer — and if what you need is not something we do, we tell you that too.

The more specific, the more useful the answer.

What happens when you write to us.

It is read by a person who knows the subject, not by an inbox that hands things out. We reply the same working day whenever we can, and when the answer means checking something first, we say so instead of leaving the email sitting there.

The first reply is usually a question or two: where the site is, what is already installed, what the deadline is. It is not paperwork — without that, anything we said would be a catalogue estimate, and those are no use to anyone.

And if what you are after is not our line of work, we tell you in that first conversation. It is quicker for both of us than three meetings to reach the same place.

A port city at dusk, seen from a hillside. Above, the container terminal with its cranes, the marina and a ferry at berth; in the middle, a motorway with traffic in both directions. In the foreground, an estate of logistics units with the lights on, lorries at the loading bays and the internal roads still busy.

If you would rather phone.

You can call as well. For a fault or an urgent problem on a system we already maintain, that is the fast route — an email can wait until tomorrow and a fault cannot.

And if what you want is for someone to come and look at the installation, just say so: the site visit is the first step in almost everything we do and it costs nothing.

What we do with what you write to us.

We use it to answer you and, if a project comes out of it, to carry on with that. Nothing else: it is not passed to anyone, it is not used to send you advertising you did not ask for and it does not end up on any list.

The box on the form is real consent and you can withdraw it whenever you like by writing to the same address. The details —what is kept, for how long and what rights you have— are in the legal notice, and they are written to be read.
