Questions · Working here

Can you change jobs? Is there internal promotion?

Yes, and it is the usual path: most of the jobs in this house are learned inside it. A support technician who has seen everything fail ends up very good at configuring; a field technician with years behind him understands a design the way nobody who has not built one does; and somebody who has installed and can explain himself is halfway to pre-sales.

What there is not is promotion by length of service or a change of title to hold on to somebody. You move on to deciding once you have seen enough to decide well, and that takes as long as it takes. Nobody signs off a design before having built a few.

And what you learn is yours and you take it wherever you go. We would rather you stayed, and the way to manage that is not to tie you down: it is for you to carry on learning things here that you would not learn anywhere else.

See it working.

A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
