Questions · Working here
Are there on-call rotas, shifts or work outside normal hours?
In some jobs, yes. The technical assistance service is 24 × 7, and that means somebody picks up at three in the morning; there are clients who open when everyone else closes, and there are commissionings done outside the site's normal hours because the operation cannot be stopped.
There are also days that get complicated: an installation that goes wrong at six in the evening and has to be sorted out because the client opens tomorrow. That happens, and it is better to know it beforehand and not on your first Tuesday.
What we do not do is sell that as a virtue. We say the work is demanding, not that it is endless. How the shifts and the on-call rota are organised in a particular job is explained at the interview, with names and hours, and it goes into the contract.

See it working.
A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
