What does the insurer ask for after a claim?

That the system was installed and maintained as the policy said, and that you can prove it with paperwork. In practice there are three: the documentation or the installation certificate, the maintenance reports with their dates, and the recordings or the event log from the moment of the incident.

That is where the problems all turn up at once: the recording that did not reach the days everyone believed, the camera that had been seeing nothing for weeks, the maintenance that was invoiced and has not a single report behind it. None of the three can be fixed afterwards.

The specific conditions are set by each policy and have to be read beforehand, not afterwards. What does depend on the maintenance is that the documentation exists, that the recording is what was said and that a video can be handed over in a way that stands up: with its log of who extracted it, when, and without altering it.

A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
