Why is almost everything sorted remotely at some installations and not at others?

It is not in the equipment, it is in three things prepared on installation day, when they cost nothing: that there is remote access set up and tested, that documentation of what is there exists, and that somebody knows the site.

Without them, any problem is solved at the speed of a car, and an engineer walking into an installation with no drawings or schematics starts by working out what is there, which is time counted in hours and time that also gets invoiced.

Remote access has to be done properly: through an encrypted tunnel, with permissions, with a record of who came in and when, and with the client able to cut it off whenever they want. Access left wide open because it is more convenient that way is not an advantage, it is a hole.

See it working.

A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
