Do you train my staff, and what happens when the person who knew leaves?
We train, and we train whoever is there every day, not whoever signs: what each alert means, what to do with a fault, how a recording is taken off and handed over so it stands up, what never to touch.
For the handover what works is having the material written and aimed at whoever joins in two years' time, because that is who will really read it; named users, so you can cancel the one who leaves without changing the password for the whole building; and a short session when somebody new starts, which can be provided for in the contract.
Training is the part of maintenance that saves most calls and the first to fall out of a tight quotation. A system only one person knows how to operate breaks the day that person goes on holiday.

A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
