What documentation do I have to have, as the client?

As-built drawings, cabinet and line schematics, the equipment list with model, serial number and location, the network addressing plan, the licences in your name, the test reports, the maintenance calendar, the reports from each inspection and the administrator passwords in your name.

It is not bureaucracy. It is what makes a fault last minutes instead of hours, what lets you ask another company for a comparable quotation and what makes it possible for somebody else to carry on the work if it is ever needed.

And it has to be up to date after every change. Documentation from five years and fourteen cameras ago is almost worse than none, because somebody is going to trust it during a fault.

See it working.

A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
