What warranty does what you install carry?

There are two different warranties and it pays not to mix them up. The equipment one is the manufacturer's, with its term and conditions, and it varies from model to model. The one on the work —the installation, the configuration and the commissioning— is ours, and the exact term is written into the quotation.

What neither of the two covers is the passage of time, and that is usually where the misunderstanding sits. A camera that has gone blind is not faulty: it is still on and still sending an image, and the recorder sees nothing odd. A warranty never finds that out; maintenance with dates and a report of what was looked at point by point does.

See it working.

A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
