How many companies are there in the group and which one do I sign with?
Upon Group is not a company: it is the trading name of three that work together — West Point Solution, S.L., Upon Solution, S.L. and North Point Solution, S.L. You do not contract with «Upon Group»: you contract with a specific company, with its tax number and its registered address, and that is set out in writing in the quotation or the contract before anything starts.
Above that there are the trading names, which are the ones you read on the website and in the technical documentation: WestPoint, Infinity Neural, IRIS Neural, Neural Pax. They are there so people can understand each other, but the one taking on obligations is always one of the three companies.
If at any point you do not know which one you are dealing with, ask. It is a reasonable question and it has a one-line answer.
