Do you train my staff? In what exactly?
Yes, and at two levels, because they are two different jobs. That of whoever is there every day: what each thing on the screen or on the control panel means, what to do with a fault alert, what to do with an alarm and what never to do. And that of whoever administers it: granting and removing permissions, adding a user, checking who has come in, exporting a recording in a way that is useful afterwards, changing a schedule.
It goes in writing too and not only spoken, because the person being trained is not the one who will be there in three years' time. A short procedure, with screenshots, put up where it is used. A system only one person knows how to operate breaks the day that person goes on holiday.
Checking whether the training worked is cheap: ask two people on the shift what they do if it goes off. If the two answers do not look alike, training is missing, and no new equipment fixes that.

See it working.
A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
