Do you have any standard that deals with artificial intelligence?
Yes: ISO/IEC 42001, which is about exactly that — how an artificial intelligence system is built and watched so that it does not end up doing odd things without anybody noticing.
What it saves you is the most awkward question a purchasing committee asks, which is «and who controls the artificial intelligence?». It is documented who trains the models that look at your cameras, with what data, who checks that they get it right and what is done when they get it wrong, and somebody from outside has audited it.
What the standard does not say is that the system will not get things wrong. A system that looks at images gets things wrong; what can be done is to measure how much and under what conditions, and to have it written down what happens then.
