Questions · The group
What do I get before signing: a quotation or a project?
A project, and the quotation comes out of it. What gets handed over first is not a list of materials with a total at the bottom: it is what is protected, from what, what each point covers, what is deliberately left out and what would need looking at again in a year.
That has one good consequence and one uncomfortable one. The good one is that when somebody wants to cut back, you can see exactly what is being taken out. The uncomfortable one is the list of what will not be possible: that that camera will not read number plates from there, that that corridor needs two detectors, that that area needs light at night and there is none. That list exists in every project; the only difference between suppliers is when it turns up.
We take longer to give a number than somebody who gives it over the phone. A price given before looking is a price that gets corrected on site, and correcting it then is almost always paid for by the client.

See it working.
A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
