What happens if what I need is not something you do?
We tell you in the first conversation, with the reason. It is quicker for both of us than three meetings to arrive at the same place, and a good deal cheaper than finding out at commissioning.
And if we know somebody who is what is needed, we say that too. It is not generosity: a project taken on knowing it will turn out middling ends with our name on the documentation of a system that is no good.
