Questions · The group

Why are there no client names on your website?

Because where somebody has their cameras and what they watch is their information, and it is not ours to put on a website. The basic rule is that a client's name is not published without their written authorisation, from somebody with the authority to give it.

And in security there is a stronger reason: saying publicly who has hired us is saying who has a system built by us, and quite a lot follows from that — what kind of installation they probably have, with which manufacturers, what it covers and what it does not. That is information useful to exactly the people who should not have it. Looking at a security supplier's website full of logos, the reasonable question is: if it shows that client, what stops it showing you?

References do exist, and they are given in private. If you are evaluating suppliers, ask for one: we look for a case like yours and ask that client whether they are happy to talk to you. It is given by whoever wants to give it, and knowing who they are going to talk to.

See it working.

A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
