What are the quantities and why do they matter if you are the ones giving the price?

They are the count of everything the installation contains: units of each device, metres of each type of cable, containment, mounts, cabinets, building work and hours. They are what lets the price be checked item by item instead of being accepted as a number at the bottom of a page.

They matter most when we are the ones giving the price. With quantities, the day something has to come out to fit a budget you can see exactly what comes out and what stops being protected. Without quantities, adjusting the price means lowering the quality of what nobody sees: the cable, the containment and the commissioning hours.

And they are what lets another company price the same document. If the project is yours, you have to be able to go out and get prices with it without redoing it.

See it working.

A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
