How do you handle health and safety and contractor coordination?
With documentation up to date and through whatever platform your organisation uses, which is how it is really done: training and medical fitness for the staff who will set foot in your installation, PPE, a risk assessment for the specific job, and the information you have to give us about the risks at your site.
Behind it there is an audited standard, ISO 45001, and that changes the conversation: it is not a declaration, it is a system with records and with worker participation that somebody from outside reviews. This is about people who climb a column to fit a camera or who go into a treatment works or a tunnel.
