Questions · The group

Does anything have to be signed for you to get into our system?

Yes: the processing agreement, which is mandatory. It states in writing what we may process, for how long, with what measures, which of our people have access, what happens to the data when the relationship ends —it is returned or deleted, and evidenced— and what we do if we spot a problem.

If a video surveillance supplier has not given you that contract, what you are missing is not a formality: it is the document you defend yourself with. And if there is a breach, it is written there that we tell you without delay with whatever we have —what happened, when, what data and which people may be affected—, because the one who notifies the supervisory authority is you and you have seventy-two hours from becoming aware of it.

The measures behind that contract are audited under ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701. With that, your IT department asks for the certificate and checks it, instead of sending us a forty-page questionnaire that somebody then has to assess.

See it working.

A written answer is enough to decide whether it interests you. To know whether it works at your site you have to see it on a real scene, with the image as it is and, on top of it, what the system understands from it. That is on the IRIS Neural website, which is the group's product.
